EXCITING OPPORTUNITY – OPEN TO ALL MOMENTS PARTICIPANTS, AND THOSE WHO APPLY AND ARE APPROVED DURING MATCH GROUP SIX!
The event will kick off with Betsy Ledgerwood, first woman to serve as Clerk of the Missouri Supreme Court, sharing her inspiring story on the impact of mentoring throughout her career journey. Then, Carissa Gay, Founder and President of Courageous Leaders and two-time Statewide Speakers Series featured speaker, will facilitate a comprehensive mentoring workshop designed for mindful, engaged mentees and mentors who want to make the most of mentorship.
During the interactive workshop, attendees will be provided practical tools including
– Learning to optimize their MOMENTS profiles to clearly communicate goals and objectives,
– Practicing mentoring conversations and questioning to form deeper connections, and
– Building skills needed to be effective mentees and mentors who grow and learn together.
Eligible team members will receive registration information via email beginning March 31st.
